Home Cuisine Cheese Sticks AKA Baguette Fromage
2 Cup /150g Plain flour
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp butter
3/4 / 90g Soft Cheese e.g kraft or bega cheese
Oil for frying
Sieve 2 cup of flour to a big bowl
Add salt to taste
Add 3 tbsp of butter
Rub butter into the flour
Add 3/4 cup of cheese
Knead everything into a dough
Divide the dough into half
With a rolling pin, roll out the dough
Cut the rolled out dough into equal strips
Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown
Remove when done and set aside to cool off on a paper towel
Store in a tight container to maintain its freshness
