Boil the eggs. After boiling, peel the eggs.
Mix the brown sugar, quatre epice, soja sauce,salt with 200 ml of water. Transfer it in a marmite.
Allow the mixture to boil. As soon it starts boiling, add the garlic clove, cardamone, cinnamon stick and anise toile. Allow to boil.
Add the boiled eggs to the mixture.
Using a spatula, rotate the eggs in mixture. Allow to cook for 5 mins.
Allow the oeufs roti to cool down.
After cooling, cut and serve the oeufs roti .
